Tap Forgot Password After submitting your email, a new confirmation password will be sent to your email in 3 minutes.
Every password sent via the Forgot Password option will be different.
Please engage pairing in a quiet environment.
Make sure the sound from the phone is clear, and direct the speakers towards the pairing button for better reception.
Please follow the steps below:
(1)Connect the PANOCAM to power.
(2)Prepare account and password for network login.
(3)Select Products in the APP home page.
(4)Select the + to add a new Panocam.
(5)Tap Next.
(6)Long-press the PANOCAM pairing button for 3 seconds until you hear the pairing sound. Select Yes in the APP to proceed.
(7)Direct the phone speakers towards the microphone by the pairing button. Tap PLAY.
(Please complete (6)+(7) procedures within 60 seconds)
(8)You will be prompted on which color you see. Select the corresponding PANOCAM LED color. Tap Next if the color is green.
(9)The PANOCAM will be added upon the completion of Wi-Fi search.
Please follow the steps below:
(1)Long-press the PANOCAM pairing button for 3 seconds until you hear the pairing sound. Select Yes in the APP to proceed.
(2)Direct the phone speakers towards the microphone by the pairing button. Tap PLAY.
(Please complete (1)+(2) procedures within 60 seconds)
(3)You will be prompted on which color you see. Select the corresponding PANOCAM LED color.Tap Next if the color is green.
(4)The PANOCAM will be added upon the completion of Wi-Fi search.
After selecting the Products in the APP home page, and entering the PANOCAM listing page, swipe down to refresh the camera status.

Please select Format if the Micro SD card is inserted for the first time.
While in real-time playback, select the arrow on the top right corner will bring down a dropdown menu. Select Video recording. Local recording and time-lapse recording options will be display at the top. Select Local recording or Time-lapse recording option, and set the starting and ending time. After the time setting is done, Tap Done in the top right hand corner of the screen to activate the recording function.

(1) Enter Setting page from the home page.
(2) Select Sharing.
(3) Enter the SomeThings account to share with, and then switch on the PANOCAM to be shared.
*You can only share PANOCAM under your account.

(3) Select the accounts not to share with, and switch off the PANOCAM to be disabled.
If the signal light is blue on the PANOCAM, please make sure :
(1) Internet upload bandwidth on the PANOCAM-end is 2M or above. Download bandwidth on the phone is 2M or above.
(2) The SomeThings APP is the latest version
(3) The PANOCAM firmware is the latest version.
(4) Close all other running programs.
If the signal light is red on the PANOCAM, please make sure:
(1) Working Wi-Fi environment on the PANOCAM side.
(2) The phone is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
Long-press the pairing button on the PANOCAM to add a new PANOCAM.
If the signal light is blue on the camera, please make sure :
(1) Internet upload bandwidth on the PANOCAM-end is 2M or above. Download bandwidth on the phone is 2M or above.
(2) The SomeThings APP is the latest version
(3) The PANOCAM firmware is the latest version.
(4) Close all other running programs.
(5) The micro SD card is secured in the PANOCAM.
(6) There is a blue dot beneath the local recording calendar, indicating there are files for playback.
If the signal light is red on the PANOCAM, please make sure:
(1) Working Wi-Fi environment on the PANOCAM side.
(2) The phone is connected to the internet via Wi-Fi.
(3) Long-press the pairing button on the PANOCAM to add a new Panocam.
Please adjust the media volume on the phone to adequate levels, and make sure the volume on the PANOCAM is set to an audible range.
(1)Please make sure the PANOCAM Wi-Fi is in a working environment.
(2)Please make sure the phone is connected to the internet.
(3)Please make sure the signal light on the PANOCAM is blue.
(4)Please adjust the volume control on the PANOCAM.
(5)Please make sure music files are properly stored in the phone.
(6) Tap arrow in the top right corner of the real-time playback screen, Click on Music in the dropdown menu and then select the file.
(7)Please remain in the real-time playback screen to play music.

(2) Select the Microphone icon (third from the left) from the four options presented at the bottom of the screen.
(3)Confirm the PANOCAM volume is adjusted to the audible range.
Local recording replace previous segments in a cycle, hence cannot but removed manually.
Select the recycling bin at the top right corner in the time-lapse recording options, and then select the files to be removed.
Select Media Library from the APP home page, and then select the pictures to be directly removed; or when viewing images in real-time, click on the Pictures icon (first on the left) in options, select the pictures to be deleted and then click on the recycling bin to remove.
Please make sure the PANOCAM is connected to the power cable, and the power supply is plugged into the electric socket.
